I ordered a Whelen siren speaker mounting kit SAK73 three weeks ago from VSS. I thought this product would’ve been delivered considering it showed “in stock” on the website. I am trying to finish an up fit and this is last piece I am waiting on. I should’ve read the reviews and went elsewhere as this seems to be a common issue with VSS. I asked for the order to be canceled and refunded and was told that “it is too late to be refunded” and “shipping is locked in” and “the order is being processed”. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB as this is a common occurrence with VSS from the reviews. At this point I could have drove to New York and back to Michigan and had the job complete. I will not recommend VSS to any potential customers. As of this review I am still waiting for shipping tracking and product.

It has been almost a month and still have not seen my parts . I told them 2 weeks ago if I didn't get it then to just refund me and they said couldn't do it . So I'm guessing this is just a scam. I'll be disputing with CC company I guess

Don't buy from this store unless you have money to give it to a bunch of thiefs I've I placed an order #193324 since 2025/11/4 and never had it What a mistake but I'll sue them soon

Had I been aware that this company does not accept returns for purchases under $50.00, I would have refrained from making these purchases altogether. Such a policy reflects a disappointing standard of customer service. Unless your transaction exceeds this threshold, I would advise against engaging with this company in any capacity.

Check the reviews first. Tried to save a few dollars using them. Cost me almost $1500. They DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OVER $500 AND THEY CHARGE 50% RESTOCKING FEES. I ordered the part no on my part, the part they sent wasn’t the same part. Now I am stuck with a $1500 part that I can’t use. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO BUY FROM. THIS ONE SUCKS!!!!

Ordered parts for my chevelle October 2024 here’s July 2025 and still getting the run around, but on their site it shows the part is in stock. I would never recommend this company to anyone if i can give a zero star i would and as far as contacting and getting a quick response good luck. Terrible STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
