We placed an order on December 19,2024. We were told that the part will be shipped in 7-10 days. We never received tracking. On December 30th we reached out for tracking and they said our order was still processing and set to ship the beginning of January. On January 8, we reached out for an update, and we were told the part we needed was a made to order part and wouldn't ship out until the end of January. We are now on Feb 5th and it still has not shipping. The communication is horrible and no one knows what is going on. They can not give a reason why we were not told about the part being made to order when we put the order in.
