Please stay away from this company. I would have to agree with others on here about their customer service and product delivery. We just ordered a spool of wire for a trailer project, nothing special about it. We had about 2 weeks before the deadline and figured it wouldn't take more than a week to get. After 10 days i contacted them and was told it would be soon. After another 7 i contacted them again to cancel the order and they said they couldn't because it was shipped. The tracking number they gave me from the post office just kept saying it was a label created and no product had be received to ship yet. It sat like that for 4 days, again, i tried to cancel and they wouldn't. Took 3 more days for it to show up. If you are counting that is now well over 3 weeks. After receiving the order i wanted to return it. They would not pay the return shipping and want to charge a 20% restocking fee. Complete rip offs and just a terrible company. No wonder Amazon is doing so well with companies like these.
