8" to 15" Jersey barrier mount, mast, Leaf spring

Fiberglass Leaf-Spring is bolted to a Median-Barrier Clamp bracket and provides optimal wind-deflection.
Bracket is one-piece heavy-duty 1/4" steel, powder-coated finish.
15" Clamp grips barriers between 8" - 15" wide.
Four 1/2" T-Handles hold the Median-Barrier Clamp securely in place.
